LIVE WALLPAPER INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Use Pandahome
2. Go to Menu > Wallpaper > Live wallpapers (Live Wallpaper Picker)
3. Select "Pipboy 3000 Live Wallpaper - Pipboy 3000 Scanline FX"
4. Click on [Settings]
5. Frames Per Second(fps) = 100
6. Set size of the animation = User Preference
